The current government of Andhra Pradesh as part of its super six schemes shall soon implement a new scheme code mahashakti under which the women is more than 18 shall receive 1500 rupees per month.
Pertaining to the same there is a key update for the woman in the state of Andhra Pradesh. AP cabinet minister Gummidi Sandhya Rani has made an announcement on the same in assembly today.
She said the government shall provide financial assistance of rupees 1500 to every Major woman in the state and the state government is formulating the detailed guidelines for the same. To benefit the maximum possible poor women the government would soon release the detailed guidelines for this scheme, she added. Minister stated that these funds shall be credited into the accounts of women every month under adabidda nidhi (assistance to females) which is renamed as maha shakthi scheme.

The woman in the state of Andhra Pradesh Shall be credited with ₹1500 every month. Also, free bus travel will be provided to the eligible woman in the RTC buses.
Eligibility of Maha Shakthi scheme – Andhra Pradesh
✓ Women belonging to the state of Andhra Pradesh
✓ Women between the age of 18 to 60
✓ Government employees, income tax payers are excluded from this scheme.
Application for Mahashakthi scheme Andhra Pradesh
Application for the Mahalakshmi scheme will soon begin through online mode. A Special app will be rolled out for sachivalayam employees to register the beneficiaries.
