Educational Qualification for Ordnance Factory-Bhandara Recruitment 2024

Candidates possessing NAC / NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) in AOCP Trade from Government/ Private Organization having affiliation from Government and the candidates having AOCP from Government ITI will be considered.

For Table-B

Candidates possessing NAC / NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) of AOCP Trade who have completed Apprentice training in AOCP trade from Ordnance Factories under erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board or under Munitions India Limited (MIL), having training/experience in the Military ammunition and explosives manufacturing and handling

Selection Process for Ordnance Factory-Bhandara Recruitment 2024

Selection of the candidates shall be done based on the Marks scored in the NCTVT and Trade Test/ Practical test
Trade Test will be carried out by Ordnance Factory Bhandara probably within one month of closing date of Advertisement. Trade Test/ Practical test will be of 100 marks
Merit list will be prepared based on combined marks secured in NCTVT Exam and Trade test/Practical Test
Weight age of Marks in NCTVT Exam and Trade test/Practical test will be 80% and 20% respectively
Candidates qualifying in the NCTVT and Trade Test/ Practical test will be called for Document Verification in the order of Merit. The number of candidates called for Document Verification will be limited to the number of posts notified
