The Capital Region Development Authority CRDA of Andhra Pradesh has focused on the illegal layouts emerging in and around the capital city Amaravati.
Appropriate actions have been initiated on the illegal layouts and ventures established without any permission. Many agricultural fields in Tadikonda vicinity were converted into residential plots for real estate business and also laid out layouts.
CRDA took action on such layouts and fences around such ventures were removed. The authorities have also removed the boundary stones of such layouts with no permissions.
Any layout or venture should be laid with proper permission from the government and also taxes to be paid for obtaining the clearance. However post the new government formed in the state, there has been a high boom in the real estate market in and around Amaravati, the capital of Andhra Pradesh. CRDA destroyed fences and roads of such illegal layouts. CRDA officials alerted the buyers to be cautious before purchasing any plot of land in the region. They could get into the trap of issues in future if not alert. It is advised to be vigilant in case of ventures without permissions.
