SADAREM (Software for Assessment of Disabled for Access Rehabilitation and Empowerment) – is an online portal which enables slot booking for SADAREM certificate application in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
In AP, this slot booking process is enabled every quarter and physically disabled persons can approach either village ward secretariats or mee seva CSC Centers to book their slots. Post slot booking doctors would analyse their disability and upload the report. Post the analysis and verification of the report the person is granted SADAREM certificate basis which he/she can claim various welfare schemes and benefits from the government.

SADAREM Slot Date for next Quarter
SADAREM slot bookings will be enabled every quarter. The next slot booking will open in October 2024.
Those who got waitlisting in this quarter will be allotted a slot in the next quarter.
