Reverification list లో ఉన్న వారికి NBM గ్రీవెన్స్ లో RIASE చెస్తే వాళ్ళ పేర్లు EKYC కు ఇస్తారా?

NBM లో గ్రీవెన్స్ raise చేసిన వారికి, Ekyc కి ఎప్పుడు enable అవుతాయి?

ఒక కుటుంబంలో ఇద్దరు స్టూడెంట్స్ ఉన్నారు, ఒక స్టూడెంట్ పేరు MOTHER తోను, ఒక స్టూడెంట్ పేరు GRAND MOTHER తొను EKyc కు వచ్చాయి…, ఇలాంటి CASES లో ఏమి చేయాలి?

సర్ ఇపుడు వేసే అమౌంట్ అమ్మ ఒడి 22-23 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి కి సంబందించినది కదా సర్ , 23-24 RTE లో జాయిన్ అయిన వాళ్ళ పేర్లు రావు కదా సర్?
