Use this option for New slot registration

First Appeal

If the General slot Sadarem Id is “Rejected or the certificate containing low percentage,temporary certificate” cases can register slot in First Appeal.

Second Appeal

If the First Appeal SadareId is also Rejected or issued Temporary Certificate cases can Register slot in Second Appeal.‼️Certificate Issued in the Second Appeal case will be the Final.If the Second Appeal slot also got Rejected no further slots will be provided.

NOTE :

For First Appeal cases, Except previous Assessed Hospital and Previous Assessed First Doctor Allotted Hospitals remaining Hospitals will be allocated.

For Second Appeal cases, Only Government General Hospitals,District Hospitals, RIMS Hospitals will be allocated and previous Assessed Hospitals and Previous Assessed First Doctor Allotted Hospitals will not be allocated.
