Instructions on SDG Survey - SDG సర్వేపై సూచనలు

పోషకాహార లోపం ఉన్న పిల్లలు, రక్తహీనత ఉన్న కౌమార బాలికలు, రక్తహీనత ఉన్న గర్భిణీ స్త్రీలు మరియు డ్రాపౌట్ల
సామాజిక-ఆర్ధిక మరియు ఆరోగ్య పరిస్థితులను మెరుగుపరచడం కోసం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం స్థిరమైన అభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యాలలో 8 సూచికలకు మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యతనిచ్చింది.
GVWV & VSWS డిపార్ట్మెంట్, ఆధార్ నంబర్, క్లస్టర్ ఐడి, ఆర్ సిహెచ్ఐ డి (వర్తించే చోట) వంటి వివరాలను సంగ్రహించడానికి మరియు ekyc పొందేందుకు గ్రామ/వార్డు సెక్రటేరియట్ల WEA/WWDS ద్వారా SDG
సర్వేను నిర్వహించేందుకు బెనిఫిషియరీ ఔట్రీచ్ యాప్ లో మాడ్యూల్ ను యాడ్ చెయ్యడం జరిగింది

నాలుగు సబ్ మాడ్యూల్స్లో సర్వే పూర్తి చేయాలి

0-5 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సు గల పిల్లలు
6-19 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సు గల పిల్లలు,
రక్తహీనత ఉన్న కౌమార బాలికలు (10-19 సంవత్సరాలు),
రక్తహీనత గల గర్భిణీ స్త్రీలు (15-49 సంవత్సరాలు).

SDG సర్వేను గుణాత్మకంగా పూర్తి చేయడానికి WEA/WWDSకి సహాయం చేయడానికి మహిళా పోలీసులు, ANM, అంగన్వాడీ వర్కర్లతో గ్రామ/వార్డు స్థాయి బృందాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని MPDOలు/మున్సిపల్
కమిషనర్లను కు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చెయ్యడం జరిగింది. ఇంకా, వారి సంబంధిత క్లస్టర్లలో సర్వే సమయంలో బృందానికి సహాయం చేయడానికి వాలంటీర్లకు తగిన సూచనలను జారీ చెయ్యడం జరుగుతుంది.

ఎంపీడీఓలు/మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్లు సర్వే పురోగతిని రోజు వారీగా పర్యవేక్షించాలని, సకాలంలో సర్వే పూర్తి చేయాలని కోరారు. మండలాలు/మున్సిపాలిటీల పురోగతిని జిల్లా స్థాయిలో ప్రతిరోజూ సమీక్షిస్తారు.

The Govt of Andhra Pradesh has accorded top priority to 8 indicators among sustainable development goals for improving the socio-economic and health conditions of the Malnourished children, Anemic Adolescent girls, Anemic Pregnant women, and Dropouts.

The GVWV & VSWS Dept will enable a module in Beneficiary Outreach App to conduct SDG survey by WEA/WWDS of Village/ward Secretariats to capture details such as Aadhaar number, cluster id, RCH id (wherever applicable) and to obtain ekyc.

The survey must be completed in all the four sub modules

Children aged 0-5 years
Children aged 6–19 years
Anemic Adolescent Girls (10-19 years)
Anemic Pregnant Women (15–49 years).

Hence the MPDOs/Municipal Commissioners are requested to form village/ward level team with Mahila Police, ANM, Anganwadi Workers to assist WEA/WWDS to complete the SDG survey in a qualitative manner. Further, issue suitable instructions to the volunteers to assist the team during the survey in their concerned clusters.

Furthermore, instructed that under no circumstance, beneficiaries especially pregnant ladies to be called to village/ward secretariat Offices for obtaining ekyc. The village/ward level team must visit home of the beneficiary for capturing data and obtaining ekyc.

The dashboard for the purpose of monitoring SDG survey is already available in https://egsws.ap.gov.in/. The MPDOs/Municipal Commissioners are requested to monitor the survey progress on day to day basis and to complete the survey in a time bound manner. Mandals/Municipalities progress will be reviewed on a daily basis at the district level.
