DME AP Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility
- Candidates must have a Medical Post Graduate Degree MD/MS/DNB/MDS in the concerned speciality.
- OR
- DNB or National Board of Examinations in Broad Specialty provided by a Medical Institution with an Affiliated Hospital having 500 or more beds are eligible only as per Eligibility Criteria for Teachers in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022.
- Registered with AP Medical Council
- Age should not exceed 44 years as of the date of notification.

DME AP Selection Process 2024
The merit scored in the post-graduation exam (including theory & practical) will be the criteria for preparing the merit list & further giving postings as Senior Residents duly following the rule of reservation (RoR).
BC, SC, ST, EWS, and PH reservation rules will be followed.
In case of multiple candidates having the same marks, date of birth will be taken into consideration and seniority will be given first preference.
DME AP Recruitment 2024 How to Apply
Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of the Directorate of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh (DME AP).
Candidates have to apply online only through the https://dmeaponline.com/ website. No offline application will be accepted.
Upon successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. All the verification will be done in due course.
