Education Qualification for UPSC Recruitment 2022

Senior Design Officer Grade-I (Engineering)Degree in Mechanical / Marine Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent*. *Equivalent means any Technical Institutes recognized by AICTE/UGC and not to be construed as educational qualification. (B) EXPERIENCE: Five years practical experience in design / installation /construction of ships.
Scientist ‘B’ (Documents)Master Degree in Chemistry or Physics or Forensic Science with Chemistry or Physics as one of the subjects during all the three years of Bachelor of Science from a recognised University or institute.
Scientist ‘B’ (Forensic Narcotics)Master Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry from recognised University or Institute; OR Master Degree in Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects during all the three years of Bachelor of Science from recognised University or institute.
Junior Scientific Officer (Ballistics)Masters degree in Physics or Mathematics or Applied Mathematics or Forensic Science with Physics or Mathematics as one of the subjects during all the three years of Bachelor of Science from a recognised University or Institute.
Assistant ArchitectDegree in Architecture from a recognized University or Institution and registered with Council of Architecture as Architect
Assistant Professor (Ayurveda)Degree in Ayurveda Medicine from a University established by law or statutory board/faculty/examining body of Indian Medicine or equivalent as recognized under Indian Medicine Central Council Act 1970. Application Fee for UPSC Recruitment 2022

(a) Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.

(b) No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates of any community. No “fee exemption” is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.

(c) Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained.

(d) Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.

Selection Process for UPSC Recruitment 2022

Candidates will be short-listed for interview only on the basis of the information provided by them in their online applications documents submitted in support of the claim made in the online application will be examined only if the candidate is prima facie eligible to be shortlisted on the basis of information regarding qualifications and experience claimed in the online application, various reports as per the advertisement and modalities and criteria adopted for shortlisting. Candidates must ensure that such information is true. If at any subsequent stage or at the time of interview any inofrmation given by them or any claim made by them in their online, applications is found to be false, their candidature will be liable to be rejectd and they may also be debarred either permanently or for a specified period by the :

  • Commission from any examination or selection held by them.
  • Central government from any employment under them.
