Educational Qualification for HMFW Recruitment 2023

| 1 | Pharmacist Grade -II | Must possess SSC or its equivalent examination recognized by Govt. of A.P.Pass in D.Pharma/ B.Pharma (or)Intermediate vocational course in Pharmacy recognized by Government of APMust be registered with the A.P. Pharmacy Council.In case of candidate possess both D.Pharma and B.Pharma, the maximum percentage secured in any of the above shall be considered. |
| 2 | Lab Technician Gr.II | Must possess DMLT or B.Sc (MLT)If Intermediate (VOC) with one year apprenticeship in Govt. Hospitals.Must be registered in APPMB.In case of candidate possess both DMLT and B.Sc MLT, the maximum percentage secured in any of the above shall be considered. |
| 3 | Counsellor/ MSW Gr.II | 1. Must Posses B.A (Social Work) degree of any university or incorporated by or under a central act, provincial act or a state act and an institution recognized by University Grants Commission. (or) it’s equivalent. |
| 4 | Theatre Assistant | Must have passed SSC/10th Class or its equivalent from a recognized School. Must put in a minimum service of 5 years as Nursing Orderly in a Hospital. |
| 5 | Lab Attendant | Must have passed SSC/10th or its equivalent. Must possess Lab Attendant Course or Intermediate (Lab Attendant Vocational Course) conducted by the Board of Inter Education, AP or from any other institution recognized by the Govt of AP. (or) Intermediate Vocational MLT conducted by the Board of Inter Education, AP (or) from any other institution recognized by the Govt. Of AP are eligible if no applicant with lab attendant qualification |

Selection Process for HMFW Recruitment 2023
- Selection will be based on merit list
- Total Marks: 100
- 75% will be allocated for aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in qualifying examination or any other equivalent qualification
- Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite Qualification as mentioned in the pass certificate
- Weightage to contract employment based on working area:
- 2.5 marks per six months in Tribal Area
- 2.0 marks per six months in Rural Area
- marks per six months in urban areas
