పిఎం కిసాన్ 13వ విడత అమౌంట్ నిధులు ఇటీవల ప్రధానమంత్రి బెల్గావి పర్యటనలో భాగంగా విడుదల చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఇప్పటికే 8 కోట్ల మంది రైతుల ఖాతాలో ఈ అమౌంట్ ను కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం విడుదల చేసింది.
అయితే కొంతమందికి ఇంకా అమౌంట్ పడనట్లైతే అందుకు పలు కారణాలు అయి ఉండవచ్చు. ముఖ్యంగా 13వ విడతని ఈకేవైసి తో లింకు పెట్టడంతో ఈ సారి రెండు కోట్ల మంది పైగా ఈ అమౌంట్ కోల్పోవాల్సి వచ్చింది.
పీఎం కిసాన్ పడకపోవడానికి ప్రధాన కారణాలు
1. ఈ కేవైసీ అసలు చేయనట్లయితే లేదా గడువు లో గా పూర్తి చేయకపోతే అమౌంట్ పడదు (ఇందుకు గాను గత నెల 10 వ తేదీ కటాఫ్ గా నిర్ణయించారు)
2. ఏదైనా అనర్హత కారణాల వలన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిలిపి వేసినట్లైతే అమౌంట్ పడదు [Stopped by state ]
3. Inactive due to Ineligibility – ఏవైనా అనర్హత కారణాలు ఉంటె ముందుగా ineligible గా పరిగణించి అకౌంట్ ను inactive చేయడం జరుగుతుంది. మీరు కానీ , మీ కుటుంబంలో ఎవరైనా ఇన్కమ్ టాక్స్ చెల్లిస్తున్న , ప్రభుత్వ లేదా ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగం నుంచి రిటైర్ అయ్యి 10 వేల కంటే ఎక్కువ పెన్షన్ తీసుకున్న వారు ఉన్నా ఇందుకు అనర్హులు.
4. అమౌంట్ విడుదల చేసినప్పటికీ బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్ యాక్టివ్ లో లేకపోవడం కూడా కారణం అవ్వచ్చు.
అసలు ఈ కేవైసీ అయిందా లేదా మరియు పేమెంట్ స్టేటస్ ఎలా తెలుసుకోవాలి?
ఈ కెవైసి పూర్తయిందా లేదా తెలుసుకోవడానికి అధికారిక వెబ్సైట్లో ఉన్నటువంటి బెనిఫిషియరీ స్టేటస్ లింక్ లోనే చెక్ చేయవచ్చు. అందులోనే మీ పేమెంట్ వివరాలు కూడా చూడవచ్చు.
ఇందుకోసం మీరు కింది లింక్ పైన క్లిక్ చేసి మీ రిజిస్టర్ అయినటువంటి మొబైల్ నెంబర్ కానీ లేదా మీ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ నెంబర్ గాని ఏదో ఒకటి ఉపయోగించి EKYC స్టేటస్ మరియు పేమెంట్ స్టేటస్ చూడవచ్చు.
పై లింక్ లో మీ పేమెంట్ స్టేటస్ తో పాటు మీ వివరాలు మరియు EKYC: yes/No అని ఏదో ఒకటి చూపిస్తుంది.
YES అని ఉంటే ఈకెవైసి పూర్తి అయినట్లు లేనిచో మీరు వెంటనే ఈ కేవైసీ పూర్తి చేయవచ్చు.
ఈ కేవైసి పూర్తి చేయడానికి కింది లింక్ ని క్లిక్ చేయండి.
PM కిసాన్ ఈకెవైసి కింది లింక్ లో మీ ఆధార్ కి వచ్చే OTP ఉపయోగించి వెంటనే పూర్తి చేయవచ్చు.
Note: మొబైల్ కి ఆధార్ లింక్ కానీ వారి మీ సమీప CSC ద్వారా పూర్తి చేయవచ్చు
వేరే ఇతర కారణాలతో ఫెయిల్ అయితే ఏం చేయాలి
ఇక ఈకేవైసి YES అని ఉన్నపటికీ పేమెంట్ స్టేటస్ దగ్గర ఒకవేళ stopped by state అని ఉన్నవారు , ఏపీ లో అయితే మీ సమీప రైతు భరోసా కేంద్రంలో ఉండే విలేజ్ అగ్రికల్చర్ అసిస్టెంట్ (వ్యవసాయ సహాయకులు) ను కలిసి ఫిర్యాదు చేయవచ్చు. తెలంగాణ లో అయితే సంబంధిత గ్రామ లేదా మండల అగ్రికల్చరల్ ఆఫీసర్స్ ను కలవండి. కారణం తెలుసుకొని సరైన ధృవపత్రాలను కూడా సమర్పించవచ్చు. వారికి సరైన కారణం తెలియకపోయిన లేక చెప్పనట్లైయితే మీ సమీప CSC (మీ సేవ ) సెంటర్ కి కూడా వెళ్లి కంప్లైన్ట్ వేయవచ్చు.
Inactive due to Ineligibility ఉంటె కూడా సరైన కారణం తెలుసుకోడానికి మీ అగ్రికల్చరల్ ఆఫీసర్స్ ను లేదా కింద ఇవ్వబడిన నంబర్స్ కు కాల్ చేయవచ్చు లేదా మీ సమీప CSC (మీ సేవ ) సెంటర్ కి కూడా వెళ్లి కంప్లైన్ట్ వేయవచ్చు.
ఒకవేళ మీ అమౌంట్ రిలీజ్ అయినట్లు చూపించినప్పటికీ బ్యాంక్ లో జమ కాకపోతే, మీ బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్ active లో ఉందో లేదో బ్యాంక్ ని సందర్శించి చెక్ చేసుకోండి. బ్యాంక్ కి వెళ్లి మీ బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్ ను ఆక్టివ్ చేయించండి అదే విధంగా మీ NPCI మాపింగ్ ఇనాక్టివ్ ఉన్నా కూడా మీరు బ్యాంక్ ద్వారా ఆక్టివేట్ చేయవచ్చు.

ఇమెయిల్ ద్వారా కూడా ఫిర్యాదు చేయవచ్చు. ఇందుకోసం మీరు pmkisan-ict@gov.in కు ఇమెయిల్ పంపాలి.
