మిషన్ వాత్సల్య పథకం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ద్వారా అనాధ పిల్లల సంరక్షణ కొరకు ప్రారంభించబడిన ప్రత్యేక పథకం.
మిషన్ వాత్సల్య పథకానికి నేడే చివరి తేదీ. ఏప్రిల్ 30 వరకు అవకాశం కల్పించిన కేంద్రం
Mission Vatsalya last date extended
గతంలో ఉన్నటువంటి బాలల రక్షణ పథకం ( చైల్డ్ ప్రొటెక్షన్ స్కీమ్) ను 2021-22 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం నుంచి మిషన్ వాత్సల్య పథకంతో అమలు చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ పథకం కేంద్రం మరియు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాల భాగస్వామ్యంతో అమలు చేయబడుతుంది. ఇందులో కేంద్రం వాటా 60 శాతం రాష్ట్రాల వాటా 40 శాతం ఉంటుంది. కొన్ని ప్రత్యేక హోదా ఉన్న రాష్ట్రాల్లో 90% కేంద్ర వాటా ఉంటుంది.
ఈ మిషన్ వాత్సల్య పథకం ద్వారా ఏమి అమలు చేస్తారు
రాష్ట్రాలు మరియు జిల్లాల భాగస్వామ్యంతో, పిల్లల కోసం 24×7 హెల్ప్‌లైన్ సేవను అమలు చేస్తుంది. (As per Juvenile Justice act 2015)
అనాధ పిల్లలు లేదా ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలు ఉన్న పిల్లల సంరక్షణ కొరకు శరణాలయాలు, ప్రత్యేక వసతి గృహాలను నిర్వహిస్తుంది.
దేశవ్యాప్తంగా పిల్లల దత్తతను CARA/SARA ఏజెన్సీల ద్వారా ప్రోత్సహిస్తుంది.
అదేవిధంగా అనాధ పిల్లలకు నెల కు ₹4000 ఆర్థిక సహాయాన్ని కూడా ఈ పథకం ద్వారా అందిస్తున్నారు.
మిషన్ వాత్సల్య పథకానికి ఎవరు అర్హులు
కింద ఇవ్వబడిన ఏదైనా జాబితాలో 18 ఏళ్ల లోపు ఉన్న వారు ఈ పథకం ద్వారా లబ్ది పొందేందుకు అర్హులు
- అనాథలుగా ఉంటూ ఇతర కుటుంబ సభ్యులతో కలిసి జీవిస్తున్న వారు
- వితంతువు లేదా విడాకులు పొందిన తల్లి వద్ద ఉండే పిల్లలు
- తల్లిదండ్రులు ప్రాణాపాయ/ ప్రాణాంతక వ్యాధికి గురై ఉండి, తల్లిదండ్రులు ఆర్థికంగా శారీరకంగా అసమర్థులు అయి పిల్లలను చూసుకోలేని వారు
- జువైనల్ జస్టిస్ చట్టం 2015 ప్రకారం రక్షణ, సంరక్షణ అవసరమైన పిల్లలు ప్రకృతి వైపరీత్యానికి గురైన బాలలు,బాలకార్మికులు అంగవైకల్యం కలిగిన పిల్లలు, ఇంటి నుంచి పారిపోయి వచ్చిన వారు. బాల యాచకులు,వీధుల్లో నివసించే బాలలు, సహాయం, పునరావాసం అవసరమైన వారు, దోపిడీకి గురైన బాలలు
- కొవిడ్-19 కారణంగా తల్లిదండ్రులను కోల్పోయి ‘సీఎం కేర్స్ ఫర్ పథకం కింద నమోదైన వారు.
Note: తల్లి వితంతువు లేదా విడాకులు తీసుకుని ఉన్న పిల్లలు కూడా అర్హులే అయితే వారి వార్షిక ఆదాయం గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాలలో 72000, పట్టణాల్లో అయితే 96000 మించారాదు. తల్లి విడాకులు పొందినా లేదా భర్త పూర్తిగా వదిలిపెట్టినట్లయితే మీ విఆర్వో నుంచి ధ్రువపత్రం తీసుకోవాలి.
a) Rs. 72,000/- per annum for rural areas,
b) Rs. 96,000/- per annum for others.

☛ తల్లి లేదా తండ్రి మరణ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రము,మరణ కారణము
☛ తల్లి లేదా తండ్రి యొక్క ఆధార్
☛ గార్డియన్ ఆధార్ కార్డు
☛ రేషన్ కార్డ్ లేదా రైస్ కార్డు
☛ కుల ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రము
☛ బాలుడి లేదా బాలిక పాస్ ఫోటో
☛ స్టడీ సర్టిఫికేట్
☛ ఆదాయ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రము (బ్రతికి ఉన్న తల్లి ది)
☛ బాలుడి లేదా బాలిక వ్యక్తిగత బ్యాంక్ ఎకౌంటు లేదా తల్లి లేదా తండ్రి లేదా సంరక్షకులతో కలిసిన జాయింట్ అకౌంట్.
Note: ఇద్దరు పిల్లలు ఉంటే రెండు అకౌంట్స్ తీసుకోవాలి.
ఈ పథకానికి ఎలా అప్లై చేయాలి? ఎప్పటి వరకు అవకాశం ఉంది?
ఈ పథకానికి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో గ్రామ వార్డు సచివాలయాల ద్వారా అప్లై చేసుకోవచ్చు. తెలంగాణలో అయితే మీ సమీప శిశు సంక్షేమ కార్యాలయంలో లేదా అంగన్వాడీ కేంద్రంలో సంప్రదించండి.
ఈ పథకానికి అప్లై చేసుకోవడానికి ఏప్రిల్ 30 చివరి తేదీ గా ఉందని అధికారులు తెలిపారు. అనాధ పిల్లలను గుర్తించడంలో ఉపాధ్యాయులు, సచివాలయం సిబ్బంది, అంగన్వాడీలు, వాలంటీర్లు భాగస్వామ్యం కావాలని రాష్ట్ర బాలల హక్కు కమిషన్ చైర్మన్ కేసలి అప్పారావు వెల్లడించారు. సర్టిఫికెట్లు పొందటానికి కొంత సమయం పడుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో గడువు పెంపు కోసం కేంద్రాన్ని అభ్యర్థించినట్లు ఈ మేరకు కేంద్రం అంగీకరించినట్లు కేసలి అప్పారావు తెలిపారు.
