తెలంగాణ లో చదివే ఏపి విద్యార్థుల ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ పై కీలక ఆదేశాలు, ఇలా అప్లై చేయండి

తెలంగాణలో మరియు ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల్లో చదువుతున్నటువంటి ఏపీ విద్యార్థుల ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ కి సంబంధించి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం కీలక ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది.

ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల్లో ITI, Polytechnic, Graduation and above courses ( private PG మినహా) చదివే ఏపి విద్యార్థుల ఫీజు రియంబర్స్మెంట్ కి సంబంధించి అర్హతలు, అప్లికేషన్ విధానం వంటి అంశాలను పేర్కొంటూ సాంఘిక సంక్షేమ శాఖ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేయడం జరిగింది.

ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల్లో చదివే వారికి విద్యా దీవెన అర్హతలు

తెలంగాణలో చదివే ఏపీ విద్యార్థులు : SC/ST/BC/EBC/KAPU/MINORITY/ మరియు DIFFERENTLY ABLED వారు అర్హులు.

తెలంగాణ కాకుండా వేరే రాష్ట్రాల్లో చదివే ఏపి విద్యార్థులు : SC/ST వారు మాత్రమే అర్హులు.

విద్యా దీవెన నిబంధనలు :

• కుటుంబ వార్షిక ఆదాయం 2.50 లక్షలు లేదా అంత కంటే తక్కువ ఉండాలి. The total family annual income to be less than orequal to Rs.2.50 lakhs.
• కుటుంబం మొత్తం భూమి మాగాణి అయితే పది ఎకరాలు కంటే తక్కువ, మెట్ట అయితే 25 ఎకరాల కంటే తక్కువ. రెండు కలిపి కూడా 25 ఏకరాలు మించరాదు. The total land holding of the family to be less than 10.00 acres of wet or 25.00 acres of dry or 25.00 acres both wet and dry land together.
• కుటుంబంలో ఎవరు కూడా ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగి కానీ ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగం నుంచి రిటైర్ అయిన వారు కానీ ఉండరాదు. అయితే పరిశుద్ధ కార్మికులకు ఇందులో మినహాయింపు ఇవ్వటం జరిగింది. No member of the family should be a government employee/ pensioner (all sanitary workers irrespective of their salary/ recruitment, are eligible subject to satisfying the other eligibility conditions, except (i) and (vi) in GO
• కుటుంబంలో ఎవరికి కూడా ఫోర్ వీలర్ ఉండరాదు. అయితే టాక్సీ, ట్రాక్టర్, ఆటో ఉన్నవారికి మినహాయింపు ఉంది. No member of the family should own a four- wheeler (Taxies/Tractors/Autos are exempted).
• కుటుంబంలో ఎవరికి కూడా మున్సిపాలిటీ ప్రాంతంలో 1500 చదరపు అడుగుల మించి ఆస్తి లేదా నిర్మాణం ఉండరాదు – A family who owns no property or less than 1500 Sft of built up area (Residential or Commercial) in urban areas is eligible.
• కుటుంబంలో ఎవరు కూడా ఆదాయపు పన్ను చెల్లించరాదు. No member of the family should be an income tax payee.

అనర్హతలు:

• కన్వీనర్ కోట ద్వారా అడ్మిట్ అయినటువంటి విద్యార్థులు ఒకవేళ అడ్మిషన్ ఎంట్రన్స్ టెస్ట్ ద్వారా జరిగితేనే అర్హులు. ఎంట్రన్స్ టెస్ట్ ద్వారా జాయిన్ కానీ కన్వీనర్ కోటా వారు అనర్హులు. Students admitted under Convener Quota are only eligible in case of admissions through entrance test.
• ఎవరైతే ప్రైవేట్ యూనివర్సిటీలో లేదా deemed యూనివర్సిటీలలో చదువుతారో వారు అనర్హులు. Studying in Private Universities / Deemed Universities.
• కరస్పాండెంట్ లేదా డిస్టెన్స్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ ద్వారా చదివే వారు అనర్హులు – Pursuing Correspondence / Distance education courses.
• మేనేజ్మెంట్ లేదా స్పాట్ కోట ద్వారా జాయిన్ అయినవారు – Admitted under Management / Spot Quota.
• ఎంబీబీఎస్ లేదా bds కోర్సుల్లో బి కేటగిరి అడ్మిషన్స్ ద్వారా జాయిన్ అయినవారు – B-Category admissions in MBBS/BDS Courses.

ఏపీ నేటివిటిని ఎలా నిర్ధారిస్తారు

క్వాలిఫైయింగ్ ఎగ్జామ్ అంటే మీరు ప్రస్తుతం తెలంగాణ లో చదువుతున్నటువంటి కోర్స్ సంబంధించి అర్హత పరీక్ష లేదా ఆ చదువు లో జాయిన్ అయ్యే ముందు ఏడు సంవత్సరాల లో కనీసం నాలుగు సంవత్సరాలు ఏపీలో చదివి ఉండాలి. ఒకవేళ నాలుగు వరుస సంవత్సరాలు తెలంగాణలో చదివి ఉన్నట్లయితే నేరుగా తెలంగాణ వెబ్సైట్ నుంచి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకుంటే తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం వారికి స్కాలర్షిప్ అందిస్తుంది.

4 years study of student in the last 7 years prior to the qualifying examination should be in AP. If the 4 years study of student is in Telangana he/she should apply through Telangana website, and Telangana Govt should sponsor the scholarship as per the minutes of the meeting held after bifurcation.

ఎంత ఫీజ్ అమౌంట్ ని అందిస్తారు?

తెలంగాణ లో అయితే అయితే తెలంగాణ ఫీజు స్ట్రక్చర్ ఆధారంగా ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ చేయడం జరుగుతుంది.

ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల్లో చదివేటటువంటి వారికి ఏపీలో సంబంధిత కోర్సుకి ఎంత అయితే ఫీజు నిర్ధారించడం జరిగిందో ఆ కోర్స్ ఆధారంగా చెల్లింపు జరుగుతుంది.

అప్లికేషన్ విధానం

విద్యార్థులు www.jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in ద్వారా అప్లై చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ముందుగా వారి ఆధార్ కి మొబైల్ నెంబర్ లింక్ అవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

సంబంధిత పర్సనల్ డీటెయిల్స్ మరియు స్కాలర్షిప్ డీటెయిల్స్ ఎంటర్ చేసి పూర్తి చేయాలి. GO లో ఇవ్వబడిన కింది స్టెప్స్ ఫాలో అవ్వండి.

Steps for Students to Apply for TG/OS:

• The mobile number of the student should be linked with his/her Aadhar.
• Students can apply through www.jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in.
• Students need to fill in the required fields in both the “Personal Details” and “Scholarship Details” sections.
• Once the student completes his application an SMS will be sent to the mobile number linked to his/her Aadhar number with a password and the User ID will be the Aadhar number of the student.
• Students can log in to their Jnanabhumi account with the given login credentials and need to update the password.

Under the ‘services’ in his/her login, student can perform the below listed actions:

• Students can edit the application in the “Edit Registration form” service until the concerned welfare officer confirms his/her application.
• Upload the attendance through the “Upload attendance” service. He/she needs to enter the number of working days and number of days present along with uploading the attendance sheet with the seal and stamp of the principal.
• iStudent needs to upload the principal’s signed copy of the scholarship application through the “Upload TS / Other state student document” service.
• Students can Renew the application for the succeeding years through the “Other/Telangana state student Renewal Application” service.
• Under “User Services” the student can change the password whenever they want to change.

Things to be done by the Student:

1. Students should fill in the required details clearly without mistake.
2. After completing the application process, the student should log in to his/her jnanabhumi account and take a printout of the application through the “Print application” service, and he/she is required to get it signed by the principal along with a stamp/seal.
3. Student must upload a copy of the application, duly signed by the Principal, in the “Upload TS/ other state student document” service and he/she must send the self-attested hard copies of the below-listed documents to the concerned district welfare office address (the postal addresses are posted in the portal, district wise) through India post and mention the tracking ID during uploading the copy signed by the Principal.
   • The Principal Signed the original copy of the application
   • Attested Xerox copy of Caste & Income certificate / White ration card
   • Attested Xerox copy of Allotment order
   • Attested Fee structure copy

• Students must upload the attendance month wise, at the end of each quarter
• Bank A/c Passbook (of the mother) first page with clarity of account number and IFSC.

In case of Renewal students only following documents should be uploaded.

• Renewal application form signed by principal and with seal of College.
• Attendance details moth wise to be uploaded every quarter of the academic year.
• Bank A/c Passbook (of the mother) first page with clarity of account number and IFSC

పైన పేర్కొన్న స్టెప్స్ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత గ్రామ వార్డు సచివాలయాల స్థాయిలో వెరిఫికేషన్ జరుగుతుంది. మీ సమీప లేదా ఏదైనా సచివాలయంలో బయోమెట్రిక్ వేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
