AP Cabinet Key Decisions July 2024: The Andhra Pradesh state cabinet under the chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu met on Tuesday to discuss various important aspects. Below are the key outcomes of the cabinet meet held on 16th July 2024.
Decisions approved by the Cabinet
- The cabinet approved the Land Titling Act Repeal Bill and scrapped the same.
- Cabinet has given its nod for the new sand policy.. The AP government will soon formulate the clear rules on the new sand policy.
- The cabinet approved the government guarantee for taking a loan of 2 thousand crores by the Civil Supplies Department.
- Cabinet has given nod to agricultural and cooperative corporations to avail the loan worth Rs.3200 crore from NCDC for the purchase of grain from farmers.
- The cabinet also approved to conduct assembly session from the 22nd of this month. There are chances that the assembly meetings will be held for three days from the 22nd of this month.. The assembly meetings of AP will start with the Governor’s speech.
- The AP Cabinet has decided to bring up the discussion in the assembly pertaining to the white papers which CM has been releasing from the last few days on various projects and sectors. It is already known that four white papers have been released in a row like Polavaram project, Amaravati capital and power sector.
