Gadapa Gadapa Ku Mana Prabutvam Scheme

Government of AP has flagged off yet another social scheme under the name of ‘Gadapa Gadapa Ku Mana Prabutvam’ – నేటి నుంచి “గడప గడప కు మన ప్రభుత్వం” కార్యక్రమం

Main Objectives of this scheme

• MLAs shall visit every household mapped under each grama ward secretariat under their constituency
• They should make visit to each household of under 10 secretariats per month
• District collectors should coordinate the complete program and shall pass clear instructions to the officials
• MLAs while visiting shall be accompanied by Mandal, Village and ward level staff and officials
• A booklet about the schemes implemented in the village or ward in these 3 years of current government shall be made available at each village ward secretariat level by officials

1. ఆయా నియోజక వర్గాల మండల, గ్రామ వార్డ్ సచివాలయ పరిధిలో ప్రతినిధులతో పాటు అధికారులు MLA ల వెంట వెళ్ళాలి.
2. నెలలో ౧౦ గ్రామ వార్డ్ సచివాలయాలు సందర్శించేలా షెడ్యూల్
3. షెడ్యూల్ ను ఆయా జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ల ఆధ్వర్యంలో రూపొందిస్తారు.
4. గడప గడప కు వెళ్ళినపుడు లబ్ధిదారుల నుంచి ఫీడ్బ్యాక్ తీసుకుంటారు
5. MLA లు పర్యటించే సమయంలో లబ్ధిదారుల పథకాల వివరాలు అన్ని అధికారులు అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలి
6. గత మూడేళ్లు గా ఆయా గ్రామాల్లో అమలు చేసిన పథకాలకు సంబందించిన బుక్లెట్ అధికారులు సిద్ధంగా ఉంచాలి.
7. ఇక MLA ల గడప గడప కు మన ప్రభుత్వం కార్యక్రమం పూరి అయ్యే వరకు కార్యక్రమానికి అవసరమయ్యే సమాచారాన్ని అందించేందుకు సంబంధిత శాఖల అధికారులు అందరు తమ పరిధిలోని సిబ్బందికి తగిన ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయాలి. కార్యక్రమం పూర్తి అయ్యే వరకు కలెక్టర్లు సమన్వయము చేయాలి.
