Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- ITI Trades – ITI (NCVT/SCVT) Pass in relevant trade
- Crane Operator – 10th Pass
- Rigger – 8th Pass
- Age Limit:
- Minimum: 14 years for non-hazardous trades
- Minimum: 18 years for hazardous trades
- No upper age limit for apprenticeship training
- Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit as per Apprentices Rules 1992
Selection Process
- Preliminary Merit List based on ITI & 10th marks (or 8th/10th for non-ITI trades)
- Written Examination (100 Marks – General Science: 35, Mathematics: 35, General Awareness: 30)
- Document Verification & Medical Examination
- Final Merit List based on written exam performance
Stipend
Apprentices will receive stipend as per Government of India rules under Apprentices Act 1961 and Gazette notification dated 25 September 2019.
