The selection process consists of three stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 100 marks test based on syllabus relevant to the group.
- Document Verification & Trade Allotment – Based on CBT merit and category.
- Medical Examination – As per Apprentice Training Rules, 1992.
