HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Educational Qualification
- Engineering Graduation in relevant discipline with minimum 60% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Degree must be recognized by UGC/AICTE.
- Only candidates who completed Engineering after 01-04-2023 are eligible.
- Candidates with more than 1 year work experience are not eligible.
- Candidates who previously underwent apprenticeship training are not eligible.
Age Limit (As on 10-03-2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
- SC/ST: 5 Years Relaxation
- OBC-NC: 3 Years Relaxation
- PwBD: 10 Years Relaxation
Monthly Stipend
- ₹25,000 per month for Engineering Graduates
- ₹20,500 paid by HPCL
- ₹4,500 paid directly by Government of India under DBT Scheme

- Selection based on merit (percentage of marks in Engineering)
- Shortlisting in 1:5 ratio for document verification
- Final merit list after verification
- Medical fitness and police verification required
Training Duration
The apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.
