Educational Qualification for HMFW Recruitment 2023

| 3 | Lab Attendant | Must possess Lab Attendant Course or Intermediate (Lab Attendant Vocational Course) conducted by the Board of Inter Education, AP or from any other institution recognized by the Govt of AP |
| 4 | Emergency Medical Technician | Must possess B.Sc. Emergency Medical Technology / B.Sc Emergency Medical Services Technology (EMST) from a recognized institution in India |
| 5 | Office Subordinate | Must have passed SSC or equivalent |
| 6 | General Duty Attendants (GDA) / MNO/ FNO | Must have passed SSC/10th Class or its equivalent from a recognized Board |
| 7 | Counselor/MSW-Gr II | Must possess BA social work/BSW/MA social work/MSW of any university incorporated by or under a Central act or State act or provincial act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants commission or any equivalent qualification |
| 8 | Sanitary Attender cum Watchman | Must appeared for SSC/10th Class. Selection shall be made on the merit of marks obtained |
| 9 | MRI Technician | Must possess Diploma / Degree in Medical Imaging Technology from a Recognized Institution and should be registered in A.P. Para Medical Board and should be valid on the date of notification |

Selection Process for HMFW Recruitment 2023
- Selection will be based on merit list
- Total Marks: 100
- 75% will be allocated for aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in qualifying examination or any other equivalent qualification
- Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite Qualification as mentioned in the pass certificate
- Weightage to contract employment based on working area:
- 2.5 marks per six months in Tribal Area
- 2.0 marks per six months in Rural Area
- marks per six months in urban areas
