Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, has officially released the BITS Admission Test (BITSAT) 2026 Notification for admission into Integrated First Degree Programmes offered at its Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad campuses.
Admissions will be offered to BE, BTech, BPharm, and MSc programmes through the BITSAT 2026 online entrance examination. Candidates who have completed Class 12 / Intermediate with the required subjects are eligible to apply.
About BITSAT 2026
BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test) is a computer-based online test conducted for admissions to undergraduate programmes at BITS campuses in India.
Through BITSAT-2026, candidates can apply for:
- BE (Bachelor of Engineering)
- BTech
- BPharm
- MSc (Integrated First Degree)
Special Opportunity: MSc Dual Degree Programme
Candidates admitted to MSc programmes will have the opportunity to apply for a Dual Degree in Engineering after completing the first year.
- Dual degree allotment is based on academic performance at BITS after the first year.
- Selected students can pursue an Engineering degree along with MSc.
International 2+2 Joint Collaborative Programmes
Candidates appearing for BITSAT-2026 can also apply for select 2+2 Joint Collaborative Programmes offered in association with leading international universities, including:

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 / Intermediate or equivalent with:
- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology
- Minimum 75% aggregate marks in group subjects
- Minimum 60% marks in each subject
Selection Process
- Selection is based solely on BITSAT-2026 merit
- No board marks weightage in final selection

- Candidates may appear for both sessions
- Best score out of the two sessions will be considered for admission
