Age Limit (as on 01-07-2025)
- Maximum: 42 years (born on or after 02-07-1983)
- BC (Non-Creamy Layer), SC, ST: +5 years
- Orthopedically Handicapped: +10 years
- AP State Govt. Employees: +5 years (conditions apply)
- Ex-Servicemen: +3 years + length of service
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject AND Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Candidates with a five-year integrated Law course after Intermediate are also eligible.
Experience
Minimum 3 years active practice as an advocate in Criminal Courts in Andhra Pradesh as of 04-08-2025. Service as Public Prosecutor or Assistant Public Prosecutor will also be considered.
