AFCAT 2/2025: Indian Air Force (IAF) invites online applications from eligible Indian men and women to join as Commissioned Officers in Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches through AFCAT 2 2025. This includes NCC Special Entry for Flying Branch. The courses will commence in July 2026 at the Air Force Academy, Dundigal, Hyderabad.
The online registration for AFCAT 2 2025 begins on June 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM and will close on July 1, 2025, at 11:30 PM. Interested candidates can apply through the official website careerindianairforce.cdac.in or afcat.cdac.in.
Flying Branch: 20 to 24 years as on 01 July 2026 (Born between 02 July 2002 and 01 July 2006). Candidates with valid DGCA Commercial Pilot License: Upper age limit relaxable to 26 years.
Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical): 20 to 26 years as on 01 July 2026 (Born between 02 July 2000 and 01 July 2006).

Subjects: Mechanical, Computer Science, or Electrical & Electronics

How to Apply for AFCAT 2/2025
Eligible candidates must apply online through https://afcat.cdac.in from 02 June to 01 July 2025. Separate applications are required for AFCAT and NCC Special Entry. Aadhaar card is mandatory for registration. Ensure all personal and educational details are filled accurately, as no corrections will be allowed later.
