- Deputy Traffic Manager: Degree + 9 years experience in Shipping/Cargo/Railway transport.
- Executive Engineer (Mechanical): Mechanical Engineering Degree + 5 years experience.
- Senior Accounts Officer: CA/ICWA + 5 years experience in Finance.
- Welfare Officer: Degree + Diploma/Degree in Social Science.
- Law Officer: Degree in Law.
- AEE (E&C): Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (EDP): B.E./B.Tech (CS) or MCA + 3 years experience.
- Fire Officer: SSLC + Divisional Officer Course + 5 years experience.
- Technical Assistant: PG in Marine Biology (Pollution Specialisation).
