Anand pursued his education in the United States, completing his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University. Afterwards, he developed an interest in acting and decided to pursue a career in the film industry.
Anand made his acting debut in 2019 with the Telugu film “Dorasani.” Directed by KVR Mahendra, the film featured Anand opposite Shivathmika Rajasekhar, the daughter of actors Rajasekhar and Jeevitha. “Dorasani” received critical acclaim for its fresh storytelling and the performances of the lead actors, including Anand. His portrayal of Raju, a lower-class boy in love with a high-born girl, showcased his potential as an actor.
Following the success of his debut film, Anand appeared in the romantic comedy-drama “Middle-Class Melodies” in 2020.
