Megha Akash is an Indian actress who works in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi language movies. She started her career in the Telugu movie Lie (2017) and has won Best Debut Actress in all three languages. She has done very few films but has many movies in her hands in all three languages.

Megha Akash was born to Jagadesh Jayaprakash and Anita Jayaprakash on 26th October 1995. She was born in Kariapatti town, Virudhunagar district, Tamilnadu. Megha’s father is a teacher and works as an assistant professor. She completed her schooling at Lady Andal Venkata Subba Rao Matriculation School, Chennai. She is a Visual Communication graduate of Women’s Christian College, Thambaram, Chennai. Then she started her career as a model then she got a few movie opportunities.
Megha Akash was married to Sai Vishnu on 15th September 2024.

Her first film is Lie which is a Telugu film directed by Hanu Raghavapudi. Then she acted in Chanl mohan ranga movie which is also a Telugu movie directed by Krishna Chaitanya. These two movies failed to hit the box office then she got a chance in Tamil films. Her first film debut is Gautham Vasudev menon’s Ennai noki paayum thotta. But this movie release date was postponed continuously so the first film released on the big screen was Superstar Rajnikanth’s Petta where she acted in a very small character but she captured the hearts of Tamilnadu boys. The video songs of Ennai Nokki paayum thotta were released earlier and it made a huge fan base for Mega Akash. Even before releasing this film, she had many movie chances in hand with Superstar Rajnikanth and Little superstar Silambarasan (Simbu). Then she acted in Sundar C’s comedy film Vandha Raajavatha varuven co-starring Simbu (STR). Although all her movies were average hits, her characters in the movies made her turn back the audience. Then she acted in Boomerang movie co-starring Atharva which is also an average hit. Boomerang is an action thriller movie directed by R. Kannan. And she made her Hindi debut in Satellite Shankar movie written and directed by Irfan Kamal. In 2020, she acted in Oru Pakka Kadhai directed by Balaji Tharaneetharan which is a Zee5 movie.
