Government of Andhra Pradesh, Department of Directorate of Education is going to announce, the AP TET-2024 (July) notification; all the candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed) and candidates who are perusing 4th semester of the above-said course are also eligible for attempting the examination
Salient features of AP TET-2024 (July)
- The AP TET aims to revolutionize the education system in the state by recruiting highly qualified and competent teachers to ensure every child receives quality education
- It aims to ensure that highly qualified, skilled, and motivated individuals are recruited as teachers to provide quality education to students
- To bring in utmost transparency and accuracy in the conduct of examinations APTET 2024 will be conducted through Computer Based Test in Paper-I(AandB) and Paper-II(AandB)
- The candidate who intends to be teachers for classes I to V have to appear for Paper-I (A)
- candidates intending to be teachers for classes VI to VIII have to appear for paper-II (A)
- The candidate who intends to be teachers for classes I to V in Special Education have to appear for the examination under Paper I (B)
- The candidates who intend to be teachers for classes from VI to VIII have to appear for paper II (B) in respect of Special Education.

Application for AP TET-2024 (July)
The fee towards submission of online application and for the conduct of computer based examination is Rs.750/- for each Paper-I (A), (B), Paper-II (A), (B) separately.
