Economy of Satavahanas :

- Major source of Income was on agriculture and levied 1/6th of tax on produce as rajabhaga.
- Satavahanas collected taxes on roads and occupations as well. kurukara was the tax on artisans
- Rajjagahaka was the name of official who collects the tax.
