Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) has conducted Entrance Test for distance Bachelor of Education Programme [B.Ed.–ODL] 2023-24 The candidates who got rank in the entrance test held on 05-03-2024 are hereby informed to pay Registration Fee of Rs.500/- for online Registration and exercising WEB options for B.Ed. Admissions for the year 2023-25
Eligibility
- The Candidates who have completed their Under Graduation / Post Graduation on or before July, 2023 are eligible for Admission and appear for Entrance Test
- Candidates should have passed with at least 50% of marks in B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.C.A./B.Sc. (Home Science)/ BBM/BBA/ B.E/B.Tech
- The candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC/PWD should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination
- The students who wish to take admission in B.Ed. with B.E/ B.Tech must have Science/Mathematics as one of the subjects
- The Candidates who have completed (passed) the qualifying examination conducted during the month of July, 2023 on or before are only eligible
- As per the GOMS No: 92 and GOMS NO.13, the candidates who passed MBBS/BDS/BPT/BAMS/BL/LLB/B.Pharm/BHMT/BVSC/B.Sc.(AG)/B.A.(Languages)/BOL etc. and other such Professional and Job Oriented courses are not eligible for admission into B.Ed. Programme.
- Diploma in ECE /PSE, and other Pre-Primary Teacher Training Certificate/Diploma (PPTTC) completed candidates are not eligible for admission into B.Ed. (ODL) Programme
Application Fee
- All the candidates have to pay non – refundable Processing Fee Rs.500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) towards Registration cum Verification process which has to be paid online through Internet Banking /Debit Cards /Credit Cards.
- Tuition Fee(Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) ) as fixed by the University. Time duration of B.Ed. Programme is Two years
