Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10 Winner: Karthik Mahesh emerges as the winner and the suspense continued till the last minute. Finally he bags the Season 10 trophy along with 50 lakh Cash Prize, Vitara Brezza Car and electric scooter.
On the other hand Drone Prathap ended up as Runner up and won 10 lakh rupees as cash prize and Electric scooter.

– Vinay Gowda – 3Rd Runner up [ 5 lakh rupees]
– Varthur Santhosh evicted as 4th Runner up and Tukali evicted as 5th runner up each of them winning 2 lakh rupees.
