The National Testing Agency (NTA) is inviting applications for the ‘PM YASASVI’ (Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India) Scholarship Scheme 2023 Entrance Test introduced by the Central Government. 30,000 scholarships will be provided for the academic year 2023 under the auspices of the Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment

Eligibility for PM YASASVI Scheme 2023

• 8th Class/ 10th Pass. Students currently studying in 9th and 11th classes have to apply.
• Annual income of parents of students should not exceed Rs.2.5 lakhs.
• * Preference will be given to OBC, EBC as well as students from denotified families and children belonging to nomadic castes.

Scholarship for PM YASASVI Scheme 2023

• Rs.75 thousand per year for class 9 and 10 and Rs.1,25,000 per year for class 11 and 12.
• The scholarship amount will be deposited at once to pay the tuition fee and hostel fee.

Selection Process for PM YASASVI Scheme 2023

Selection will be based on merit in successful entrance test.

• Test procedure: This exam will be in pen and paper mode. This exam will be conducted in English and Hindi languages ​​and will last for two and half hours.
• Mathematics will carry 30 marks, Science and Social Science subjects will carry 25 marks each and General Knowledge will carry 20 marks for a total of 100 marks. One mark per question in this objective type test Alloted. No negative marks
