Yamuna Rani Personal Life
Originally from Pattathanam in Kollam, Yamuna, born in Arunachal Pradesh, changed her name from ‘Aruna’ to ‘Yamuna’ upon entering the small screen. Her father, Venugopalan Nair, served as a PWD Engineer in Arunachal Pradesh, while her mother, Shathamma, was a homemaker. Yamuna has a younger sister, who is five years her junior.
Her first marriage was to director SP Mahesh, from whom she legally separated in 2019. Subsequently, in 2020, the actress tied the knot with Devan Ayyankeril, a psychotherapist based in the US.
