He is working tirelessly for educational reforms under his organisation Edulightment; welfare of Tribals in Telangana, Auto drivers in Mumbai, and is also involved in human rights associations.

Future and current projects
His future projects ‘ Quota ‘ written and directed by Sanjiv Jaiswal where he is playing a dalit activist. “Sankara” another bollywood film where he is playing a periodic character , a rebel. The Hindi telugu bilingual film “Bandi” . The speciality of Bandi is it’s a single character film not seen on Indian screen since Sunil Dutt’s Yaadein.
Apart from that Aditya had multiple releases in telugu like “Vikram” , “Amaram” and “Dahnam” . In Dahnam he is playing an aged priest and an elderly character for the first time. Tamil debut will happen this year too with the Tamil version of Vikram titled “Mahaveeran“. After the critical acclaim of his directorial film “Maassab” in hindi. Aditya wants to direct a commercial film in Hindi now and in the process of pitching projects to corporates and stars.
