He is well known for his character as vampire Abhay Raichand in an Indian supernatural television series Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani and and Rishabh Kundra in romantic Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. His father Duncan Dsena is a Christian and Mother Shyamlata is a Hindu. He has a sister named Parvara Garcia

He was married to Vahbiz Dorabjee who is an actress too in 2013 but later this couple filed for divorce in 2016 and got legally divorced on 18 December 2021 after that he was into a relationship with Egyptian journalist Nouran Aly and married her in 2022, this couple welcomed a baby girl named Layan Vivian Dsena
