The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSC HE) of Telangana State is inviting applications for filling the following admissions through Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS EdCET) for the academic year 2023-2024. Candidates can excel as teachers in government and private educational institutions after B.D. This exam will be conducted by Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda for the year 2023-2024.

Eligibility for TS EdCET 2023
Any degree/ Engineering degree pass with minimum 50% marks. Final year students are also eligible.
Age for TS EdCET 2023
Candidates must have completed 19 years.
Selection Process for TS EdCET 2023
Admissions will be made on the basis of merit in computer based test.
Exam Pattern for TS EdCET 2023
A total of 150 multiple choice questions will be given in the exam. Questions are asked on Maths, Social Science, General English, General Knowledge Educational Issues, Computer Awareness, Teaching Aptitude Asking questions on topics.

1. Subject/ Content: 60 Questions (Maths 20, Science 20, Social Studies 20)
2. Teaching Aptitude: 20
3. General English: 20
4. General Knowledge – Educational Issues: 30
5. Computer Awareness: 20.
* Minimum 25 percent i.e. 38 marks should be secured in the exam to qualify. SC, ST
Candidates do not have this provision.
