Nimmakayala Chinarajappa Biography: Nimmakayala Chinarajappa is a veteran Indian politician who served as the deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister of Andhra Pradesh from 2014 to 2019. He is currently a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the Peddapuram constituency in Andhra Pradesh. He is a member of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP)

Chinarajappa was born in the village of Upalaguptam in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh on October 1, 1953. He completed his education at Sri Konaseema Bhanooji Ramar’s College in Kakinada. He started his political career in the TDP in the early 1980s. He served as the district president of the TDP for two decades. He was also a Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) from 2007 to 2014.
