Natesan Krishnasamy Rangasamy is an Indian politician who is the Chief Minister of the Union Territory of Puducherry. He previously served as the last Chief Minister of Pondicherry from 2001 to 2006 and the first Chief Minister of Puducherry from 2006 to 2008 as a member of the Indian National Congress and then from 2011 to 2016 as a member of his party, the All India N.R. Congress. He holds the record of becoming Chief Minister within three months after creating his party. He also holds the concessive record of becoming Chief Minister of Puducherry for the fourth time.

2021He was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Puducherry on May 7, 2021.
2021He was elected to Vidhan Sabha from the Thattanchavady assembly constituency as his party, AINR Congress, in alliance with the BJP, claimed the majority with 16 wins in the Assembly elections of Puducherry, a union territory in India.
2016He was elected MLA from the Indira Nagar Assembly constituency and became the Leader of the Opposition
2011He formed his political party, All India NR Congress on 7 February 2011. In the 2011 Legislative Assembly Elections, his party won the elections and Puducherry and Rangaswamy became the CM of the union territory.
