Mohammad Musthafa Shaik is an Indian politician from Andhra Pradesh who served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the Guntur East constituency from 2014 to 2019. He is a member of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP). Shaik was elected to the MLA position in the 2014 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election, defeating the incumbent MLA from the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). He was appointed as one of five deputy chief ministers in the YSRCP government led by N. Chandrababu Naidu. However, in 2019, he announced his retirement from politics, citing financial reasons. His daughter, Noori Fathima, contested and won the Guntur East seat in the 2019 elections.
