MRK Panneerselvam Biography: M. R. K. Panneerselvam is a senior leader in the DMK party and the Minister of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare. In the 2021 Tamilnadu elections he won from the Kurinjipadi constituency, Cuddalore. Previously he has been elected to the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly on four occasions from the Kurinjipadi constituency as a candidate of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam party. He was elected to Tamilnadu assembly in 1996, 2001, 2006 and 2016 elections previously. in 2006 Tamilnadu ministry, He was the Minister for Backward Classes.
