Varaprasad Rao Velagapalli Biography: Varaprasad Rao Velagapalli is an Indian politician and former Member of Parliament from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. He was elected to the 16th Lok Sabha in 2014 as a member of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party. He is a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, having served in the Tamil Nadu cadre from 1983 to 2007.
