Aadhaar has become an important document in everyday life. All the details are recorded in Aadhaar. Aadhaar number has to be linked to every document. Recently, the Center has issued a notification to link Aadhaar to the voter ID card as well. Aadhaar can also be linked on the Election Commission website ( https://eci.gov.in/ ). Form 6B will be made available for this. To link Aadhaar to voter card online, OTP will be sent to the number registered with Aadhaar. After entering it, authentication will come. After completing it, the voter card will be linked with Aadhaar. From August 1st, booth level officers will also go door to door to link by taking photo copy of Aadhaar.

To link Aadhaar with Voter ID you can call call centers set up by the government or you can call 1950 number on weekdays between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can give your Voter ID, Aadhaar.
Aadhaar can also be linked with Voter ID by submitting an application to your concerned Booth Level Officer (BLO). The information provided by you will be verified by BLO. After verification it will be entered in the record.
