Defending champions Chennai super kings won the opening and maiden match against Royal challengers Bangalore on Friday.
Royal Challengers Bangalore RCB which won the toss and opted to bat. However RCB captained by Faf du plessis was curtailed to 173 (6 wkts, 20 ov). CSK on the other hand was able to chase the target and finish the match by 18.4 overs.
