India Post GDS Result 2025 (1st Merit List): The Indian Postal Department will declare the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) Result on 19 August 2024. From 10 February 2025 to 3 March 2025, online applications were invited for 21413 posts of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS), BPM, and ABPM.
The circle-wise GDS 1st merit list along with the cutoff marks released by the Postal Department on 21 March 2025.
The GDS Merit list is prepared only based on 10th/ Matric marks. There is no written exam or interview for the India Post GDS Recruitment.

GDS Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection of the Gramin Dak Sevak is based solely on the marks in the 10th class. The circle-wise and category-wise merit list is prepared based on 10th marks. There is no interview or written exam for GDS Recruitment.
The document verification is conducted after the declaration of the result. If the vacancies are not filled by the 1st merit list, then further merit lists are declared for document verification.
