Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has released the APICET counselling dates 2023 on its official website. According to the APICET 2023 counselling date, the Phase 1 registration process for web counselling will begin tomorrow, September 8 at icet-sche.aptonline.in.
The registered candidates can check the AP ICET 2023 seat allotment by visiting the official website. To qualify for the next round of the ICET admission process, general category candidates have to score the minimum passing of 25% (50 marks out of 200 marks). However, there is no minimum qualifying percentage for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

How to Pay the AP ICET Processing Fee 2023?
Candidates can see the steps given below to pay the processing fee for ICET Counselling 2023. Check the steps for AP ICET counselling fee payment online.
- Students have to pay Rs 1,200 for OC/ BC and Rs 600 for SC/ ST online by using a debit card/ credit card or net banking through the “Pay Processing Fee” link on the official website cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
- All candidates from Rank 1 to last can pay the processing fee from September 2023, onwards.
- To pay the AP ICET 2023 counselling processing fee, visit the official website and click on the “Payment processing fee” tab.
- Now enter the APICET 2023 hall ticket number and rank and click on pay fee online.
- Candidates will be directed to the payment gateway.
- Now select a mode of payment e.g. credit/ debit card or net banking and enter the required details.
- Once the payment is successful click on the print button take a printout of it and produce it at the time of the AP ICET 2023 certificate verification process.
- Candidates shall note that they shall have paid the processing fee when the candidate attends for certificate verification as per the schedule and ranks mentioned against each date.
- The processing fee should be paid online by the student before he/ she attends certificate verification.
Stage 2: AP ICET counselling registration and certificate verification
- AP ICET 2023 counselling registration is being done online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
- All the certificates will be validated by the system. If a required candidate needs to enter the certificate details and need to upload the corresponding file. Only JPEG, JPG & PDF formats are allowed.
- All the uploaded files, chosen by the candidate at the time of registration will be sent to the certificate Verification officer.
- Candidate eligibility will be verified based on the percentage of marks in the qualifying exam.
- EWS certificate and Caste certificate entered by the candidate will be verified by the system.
- The candidate has to enter the correct certificate number. If a candidate does not enter the correct certificate number or could not be validated then the system will prompt for uploading the certificate. The same shall be verified by the verification officer.
- Income certificate to be uploaded in order to be eligible for Fee Reimbursement.
- Minority candidates can select the Appropriate “Minority-Muslim” or “Minority-Christian” carefully and upload the certificate.
Stage 3: Verification of certificate
Check all the details printed on the verification form such as
- Local area
- Minority
- Gender
- Special reservation category
- Category
- Mobile number
- Date of birth
- Fee reimbursement etc.
- If the candidate finds any mistake, then in such a case report to the verification officer for correction.
- If a candidate belongs to the SC/ ST/ OBC category, they will have to report to a caste verification officer and will have to submit the original caste certificate for clearance and verification.
- Those who belong to the Open Competition (OC) category, have a direct report to the certificate verification officer at the time of AP ICET counselling 2023.
- Now verification officer will verify candidates’ original certificates such as hall tickets, AP ICET rank card 2023, study certificates, marks memo, income certificates, etc.
- A print of the receipt of the certificate will be given to candidates and if candidates find any discrepancy then in such case report to the chief verification officer for correction. After verifying the data append the signature in the prescribed place.
- The seat allotment process and displaying of options will depend on the accuracy of the data.
- Candidates will have to download the manual option form, college list, and tuition fee details from the official website.
Stage 4: Preparatory work to be made by the candidate at their home for exercising options
- Exercising options means, candidates will have to select the college and course in which they wish to join and arrange them in the order of priority.
- Go through with the profile of the college, course duration, availability of courses, and prospects (job/ academic opportunities). Candidates need to discuss and decide on their interest in a particular course, availability of hostel, distance from their place, financial ability, family background, etc.
- Also, consult with parents/ friends on the selection of colleges and courses which one wishes to join.
- Candidates can also take a manual option form in which they have to fill in the district code, course code, and college code which they wish to join in order of their preference against the option number.
- Seat allotment will be based on Local Area, Rank, Reservation category, Gender, etc. in order of preference the candidate has chosen.

10) Residence certificate of either of the parent in AP for 10 years
excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from
the competent authority in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
11) Latest valid Income Certificate or Ration Card issued by the
competent authority containing the name of the candidate
12) Caste Certificate issued by competent authority in respect of SC/ST/BC
13) Economically weaker section (EWS) certificate if applicable
14) Local status certificate if applicable i.e., a candidate who migrates to any
part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana within a
period of Seven years from the 2nd day of June, 2014 shall be regarded
as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
