Mahalakshmi Congress Guarantee Scheme Telangana

The new government of Telanagana has implemented its 6 gurantee schemes which were announced as part of its manifesto.
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has first signed on the file which converts these guarantee schemes into law as on 7th December 2023.

Mahalakshmi Scheme - Congress Guarantee 1:

• Under this guarantee scheme Women in state will receive ₹2,500 every month directly to their bank accounts.

• Women in state shall also get LPG gas cylinders at subsidized cost of ₹500

• Additionally women in state to get Free travel in Telangana RTC buses.

Mahalakshmi Scheme - Congress Guarantee Application

Currently government had enabled registration for congress guarantee card over its party portal, Yet application for this specific scheme is not enabled on government portal. Government will enable the same shortly for the financial benefit of 2500 rupees/month for woman.
Free TSRTC travel has already come into effect in the state. To avail the benefit, woman can show any of the local address and identification proof like aadhar or voter id with telangana address.
