He came from a family with an agricultural background. In 2009, his father Suresh, a village school teacher, enrolled him on the Maharashtra government&#8217;s primary programme dedicated to sports called Krida Prabodhini. He also won the 59th National Shooting Championship held in Tughlakabad ahead of Olympic medal winners Gagan Narang and Chain Singh in the 50m rifle-prone event. Competing against his hero Gagan Narang is one of Swapnil\u2019s most memorable moments in his shooting career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kusale is a Railway Ticket Collector. He has been working for Central Railways since 2015. He was inspired by <a href=\"https:\/\/studybizz.com\/sports\/ms-dhoni-profile-biography-age-country-cricket-stats-wife-height-salary-ipl-and-more\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"673\">MS Dhoni<\/a>, a Railway Ticket Collector before starting his legendary cricket career for India.
