The state government has taken a step towards rationalization of village and ward secretariats. Key changes will be made in the Gram Ward Secretariat system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The government is ready to employ less staff in small panchayats in the state and more staff in large panchayats. Similarly, the entire state will be divided into clusters. In total, 1.61 lakh secretaries will be utilized by the government as per requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is possible to have ANM VRO digital assistant welfare secretaries women welfare secretaries in the village secretariats, administration sanitary education welfare health women welfare workers in the ward secretariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The government intends to use all the rest in a cluster system. Similarly, the state government will move towards strengthening the Panchayati Raj system. There is a possibility of linking the Panchayati Raj system under the cluster system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And when registration services were started in the secretariats of the previous government across the state, people did not show much interest. The Chief Minister discussed this in the review meeting held on Thursday.
