Effective from 2020 till 2024 there are around 25 lakh LRS Regularisation applications in the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Congress government of Telangana which kept this process aside for a few months post details scrutiny has now ordered to process the applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications for plots will be processed in 3 stages and Applications for layouts will be processed in 4 phases. There will be a field level verification on the same from municipal, town planning and various other departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If any application is found invalid or if any documents found not proper, a notice of intimation will be sent to the applicant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the process is supposed to be taken up in the next 3 months. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Government of Telangana has taken a crucial decision pertaining to LRS applications in the state.
