The Andhra Pradesh government has increased the pension amount to 4000 from the existing 3000 rupees. The enhanced pension amount shall be paid under the new scheme “NTR Bharosa Pension Scheme”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chandrababu Naidu who took charge as the CM of Andhra Pradesh on June 13th 2024 has signed the crucial file which increases the pension amount. The last government was giving 3000 pension to all the pension holders. The current government as promised earlier before the polls, has now mobilised the same. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has signed the file in accordance to increase the pension amount to 4000 Rupees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand the disabled pension has been increased to 6000 rupees. Aged, single women, widows and other pension holders who were earlier receiving 3 thousand will now get 4 thousand rupees from the coming month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revised Pension Amount: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(a) Enhancement of existing pension amount from Rs. 3,000\/-month to Rs.4,000\/- month for OAP, Widow, Weavers,Toddy Toppers, Fishermen, Single Women, TraditionalCobblers, Transgender, ART(PLHIV), Dappu Artists andpensions to Artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(b) Enhancement of disabled persons pension from Rs. 3,000\/-to Rs.6,000\/- to all persons with disability and multideformity Leprosy persons<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(c) Enhancement of pension to fully disabled persons from Rs.5,000\/- to Rs.15,000\/-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(d) Enhancement of pension amount from Rs. 5,000\/- to Rs.10,000\/- for persons with Chronic diseases viz., BilateralElephantiasis-Grade 4, Kidney, liver and heart transplant,CKDU not on Dialysis CKD Serum Creatinine of >5 mg, CKDUNot on Dialysis CKD estimated GFR <15 ml, CKDU Not onDialysis CKD Small contracted kidney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, as promised by the government the revised pension increment will be applicable from April 2024. Considering the same the government will pay 7000 Rupees to the pension holders in the month of July 2024 by summing up all the pending amounts effective from April 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pensioners have extended their gratitude to CM Chandrababu Naidu on the increment decision. Disabled who shall be receiving 6000 rupees effective next month have also met Chandrababu Naidu and thanked him for his support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
