The state government has started accepting the applications for the selection of beneficiaries under ‘Abhaya hastham’ six guarantee schemes. Deputy CM has launched the program Praja Palana under which applications shall be received for guarantee schemes. Accordingly has also released the application form for download. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications accepted from December 28th till 6th January 2024 at Grama Sabhas which will be held in all villages and Municipal wards.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to fill Praja Palana 6 Guarantee Application form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The ‘Abhaya hastham’ Application form<\/a> was released on Wednesday. It has four pages. This contains application for 5 guarantees except Yuva nidhi which include Mahalakshmi, Rythu Bharosa, Gruha jyoti, Indiramma Illu, Cheyutha. These 5 schemes are included in this. There is no need to apply separately for each scheme. Those who are eligible for any scheme should fill only the details required for that scheme in the application form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case if you are eligible for all the schemes, you can fill the respective details within this single application. Along with the application form, xerox copies of ration card, Aadhaar card and photograph of the applicant should be furnished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us see how to fill each section in the form<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Family details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the first page, the family owner’s name (applicant), Preferably these days Mother is chosen as head. You will have to accordingly tick either Female\/Male\/Others. date of birth, Aadhaar number, ration card number, mobile phone number, occupation and social class details should be filled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this, if the applicant falls under SC, ST, BC, Minority, etc. category, he should put a tick there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Names of family members, their dates of birth, Relation with the head of the family and their Aadhaar numbers should be mentioned. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the line item number 10, add the address details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the family details.. there are details related to five schemes. If you want to apply for any scheme then tick next to that scheme and write the details asked in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Schemes Section<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mahalakshmi<\/strong>– Rs.2,500 financial assistance: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To get financial assistance under this scheme you have to tick the box there. To get the benefit of gas cylinder for Rs.500 which is a part of this scheme, gas connection number, name of the gas company supplying the cylinder, how many cylinders are used per year? The details should be written.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rythu Bharosa<\/strong>: If the person who wants to benefit under this scheme is a farmer? Tenant farmer?.. put a tick there. Pattadar passbook numbers. The survey number of the land being cultivated and the calculation of the cultivated area should be written. If the applicant is an agricultural labourer, then please write the employment guarantee card number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/strong>: this is only for new beneficiaries those who are already getting benefits need not apply<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indiramma Indlu<\/strong>: Those who are homeless should tick the box for financial assistance for building a house. The family members of the martyrs should write the name of the martyr, year of his death, FIR, death certificate number along with their name. In the case of Telangana activists, the FIR of the cases faced, the year, if they went to jail, the year, the name of the jail and the period of sentence should be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gruha jyothi:<\/strong> Under the scheme free electricity of 200 units per month is provided for the family, the applicant should fill the details of the monthly electricity consumption. For this options given are 0-100 units, 100-200 units, above 200 units. one of these three should be ticked opposite it. Enter the domestic electricity meter connection number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheyutha<\/strong>: Those who are already receiving pensions need not apply for the ‘Cheyutha’ scheme.<\/strong> Only the new pension claimants should enter their details in this. If disabled, tick the relevant box and write the respective certificate number. Among others.. old age, widow, line workers, handloom workers, dialysis victims, AIDS patients, beedi workers, single women, filaria victims, beedi takers.. whoever should tick their respective box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Signature\/ Thumb and receipt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Name and date should be written on the last page along with the signature or fingerprint of the applicant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The filled application form should be submitted in Gram Sabha and Ward Sabhas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the bottom of the last page of the application there is a ‘Praja Palana Application Receipt’. The applicant ticks the box of the applied scheme with name and number and the concerned officer signs and gives a receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
