Congress Party which had announced 6 guarantee schemes as part of its manifesto for Telangana state, has ensured the same shall be implemented within 100 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Congress has already enabled the public register for these guarantee schemes through an online portal called abhaya hastham. People of Telangana can now register for the Congress Guarantee Card through this portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
